  1. can someone direct me to a video for my type i'm 11 and i weight 126 pounds the normal weight for my age and hight is about 100 i'm not sure. i"m 4ft and 9 and a half inches i'm not bullied but i just want o be healthy, All my life all i drink is pop and ate sh*t but around new years i stopped. I got a 100 dollar Hot Topic card and i want to slim down before i buy anything
    so can someone tell me a good video to watch i don't need muscle in fact i'm pretty buff. dieting is very bad for someone still developing. Long story short can someone tell me a heathly body weight and a cardio video i could watch PLZ
