Some of the most effective exercises can be done without equipment by simply using your own body weight.

Exercises featured in the episode:
– Jump Squats
– Squats with Side Leg Raise
– Hip lifts (SINGLE LEG HIP LIFT KNEE FLEXED)
– Spiderman Up-Down Plank
– Lying Leg Raise
– Normal Squats

If you don’t have a beach you can do this at home or simply outside. Try it out. And next summer you’ll be ready for bikini season 🙂
